Agela was acquired by Danaher joining the life sciences portfolio which includes Phenomenex, SCIEX, Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Pall, Leica Microsystems and Molecular Devices. Then in 2018, Phenomenex and Agela combined as one company to better meet the needs of customer analysis and research requirements.
